Join us in spreading warmth and goodwill this holiday season with “The 12 Days of Giving” fundraiser, a heartwarming collaboration between the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee and Cumulus Media. 
Throughout the first 12 days of December, Cumulus Radio Stations will echo the spirit of generosity, broadcasting live from various corners of Northeast Tennessee to ignite the flame of compassion in our community.

During the 2022 fiscal year (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022) Second Harvest distributed 13,369,324 million pounds of food,
the equivalent of 11.1 million meals for the hungry in Northeast Tennessee.

The Food Bank had a record-high (36.60%) increase in the amount of food distributed during the COVID-19 Pandemic in order to meet the need for hunger relief in the eight-county region. As many as 50,000 individuals received food assistance each month. Now post-COVID Second Harvest serves an average 45,000 individuals per month as compared to 40,000 before the Pandemic.
